Food Industry Capacity & Skill Initiative (FICSI)—widely known as Food Processing Sector Skill Council—is a Not-for-Profit Organization, registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and working under the aegis of National Skill Development Corporation in India for the PMKVY program of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. It has developed standards and content for about 50 NSQF aligned job roles.
